Vodacom do not have reception in Ruwari

Hi, I have a sell phone and ipad with 3G capability, but hat is as far as it goes. I do not have any 3G reception from my house, and needs to work after hours from my 3G modem. My calls getting cut of becasue of no reception, and I am really frustrated becasue of this. I had already the Vodacom technitions at my home, and according to them we need a tower to strengen our signal, now what do I need to do to get a tower or rectifier installed in our subburb? As i am are not the only person that struggles with this. Please help
