I took out a contract with Vodacom over the phone (the company who runs the Vodacom call centre is Interactive). The call operator completeyl messed up the entire process (T's and C's were not provided at any point, sim potting was not done, unautherized debits came off my account) I then had to be assisted by her suppervisor, who assisted me to a point and then just started ignoring my calls and emails. I then went to her supervisor, Denver. He again promised to have the matter resolved and passed on the issue to his administrator, who has about as much authority as a call centre operator. I was promised a refund, 3 weeks later I have not recevied it. All my emails are being ignored. Interactive does not care about the bad rep, because its on Vodacoms name and Vodacom is a bully company who expects consumers to just go along with their terrible service and poor customer care.

I cannot believe that such a simple matter has taken so long to resolve (and has still not been resolved), and with so much effort from my part. I have spent hours over the phone with these people and hours sitting typing emails. I have already detered a collegue from getting her next cell phone from Vodacom
