I was contacted by Selena who sold me a Vodacom contract as an upgrade. I asked her TWICE if BIS settings was included in the contract and she confirmed. I said to her that if that is not the case, I am not interested in upgrading. (Voice recordings is available) When the new month started I realised that my BIS settings was not active. I phoned on Monday to cancel the contract. I was on the line for a very long time - a call I have to pay for!! I just spoke to Vodacom. They have not received the reversal yet. So I had to phone The Rewards Company again. And it is not that I make a call and get immediate response. They transfer me and I hold on for a long time, costing me again a lot of money. The marketing is MISLEADING and I am very unhappy.
