Vodacom - Poor signal reception

I logged a complain with Vodacom last week regarding the ongoing weak signal I've been experiencing for months now. Vodacom did work to the tower which is 50 meters away and since then most of my phones at home have little or no signal! I got a reference number: S3-TNR2R-ROLVQ but basically NOTHING has been done! My neighbors are also complaining that they too need to go outside in order to be able to speak on their mobile phones. I have an iPhone 5 and so has my girlfriend, as well as an iPhone 4 and everyone that calls us on any phone complains that we're breaking up constantly! This never happened two months ago! I get constant missed calls that never come through. Myself and my girlfriend has had both our contracts with Vodacom for almost 14 years! In my opinion whatever repair they did to the tower right next to us has done something to weaken or scramble iPhone reception. I'm so tired of not being able to receive calls and when I actually do then I'm constantly breaking up! I'd like Vodacom to sort out whatever they did to the tower do that things are as they were two months ago!
