Terrible Internet Speeds Update

To whom it may concern,
Its almost a year since I filled a complaint (https:///cell-c/complaints/terrible-internet-speeds-912791) After spending hours on the phone (upon request, I will retrieve my itemized billing for the past year and highlight the exact durations and number) with the customer care team over about 2 months, I finally received confirmation that my 3 data contracts (3GB, 2GB and 2GB) would be cancelled. (after a number of calls, confirmations, even a technical team was sent to my premises to check the signal.)
However, that was about 9-10 months ago and all traces of my calls and documentation (I sent through official cancellation forms and a number of other confirmation emails) have disappeared and Cell C cannot find any record of my request to cancel my contract (they even sms'd me to confirm that it was in process).
I have been paying R249 (3GB), R99 (2GB) and R99 (2GB), total of R447 for data that I can hardly use due to poor signal (it was 100% for a couple months when I purchased the first contract, hence why I signed up for more).
I would appreciate a phone call from someone who can complete the cancellation process
