AND STILL NO FEEDBACK or service in my area.

I ported my number 17 days ago and all I have had is poor service. I stay in a residential area that is highly industrialised but I have no network!!!
I demand to know why, as a paying customer, I am paying for a service that doesn't work.
My phone is on SOS about 6 hours a day, I have to restart it to receive emails or messages and It is impossible to send a bbm or Whatsapp. I sent in 7 emails to the "customer care" and I have filled in 2 sheets and have still received no feedback!! What is going on???
Why am i paying for a service that is not available!!
I want my money back for all my calls that have been dropped and sms' s that have been sent in duplicate and triplicate and for those 6 hours when my phone is useless - just like your service!! I will NEVER recommend your service to anyone.

I will be porting back to Vodacom - at least they have something called "customer care" - which may seem foreign, and they have something called "network".
