PATHETIC SERVICE ON A REPEAT REPAIR ISSUE

I own a Nokia N8 less than 2 years. After 6 months, the phone begun freezing and restarting. I then sent it to the Vodacom Customer Care in Gateway, who constantly sent it for software updates. I sent it more than 4 times for the same issue.
On 27.02.2013 I went to the store for the same issue, however the phone was literally stuck on the last item opened.
1.The store closed at 7pm. I went there at 6:15 and immediately asked for a manager, as i did not want to book my phone in. The lady at collections informed me that all mangement leaves at 6pm and no one is in charge of the store thereafter. HOW CAN A BUSINESS LEAVE A STORE TO BE SELF MANAGED BY CONSULTANTS?!
2.The consultant, Bonkuso (not sure about the name) spoke to my husband, and eventually became so stubborn and arrogant that he started to speak louder than my husband and ignored him. He refused to speak and look at me when i was speaking to him that I eventually stormed out. I thought Vodacom employees are supposed to be able to handle these situations.

I'm frustrated and would like a replacement phone, however the "consultants" refused and their management has still not returned my calls on the matter.
