I have used Nokia phones for the last 8-10 years and have stuck with them through thick and thin until I changed over to the new Nokia Lumia 520.
The first one I got lasted less than 7 days before it started giving problems, which I returned and they sent it in for a check-up, which they replaced without telling me what the problem was.
Then, the new one lasted just over a week and then stopped receiving my e-mails and said it needed a software update, which the phone could not update with my friends Wi-Fi and had to eventually find a Vodacom store which could help me.
I then had to drive 30min to get to the Vodacare shop at Gateway, where I asked about the new problems and they said they would have to send it away, again. This time I was offered to ask for a replacement phone, which I did as after years of supporting/promoting Nokia I have had enough of Nokia (just because of one phone).
On top of trying to find somewhere to send my complaints, as Nokia seem to not want to hear about it
Well, thats it for now and do hope that someone from Nokia gets back to me before I get through to the radio and maybe even the tv stations.
