Vodacom
Information stated in contract that does not exist

My husband upgraded on his contract that his had forever with vodacom last year may. He yold i could choose any phone i want, i picked a blackberry torch 4 months later the scroller did not work anymore and the phone were constantly freezing, i took it in to the only vodacom dealer in town. They noticed that i were using my mtn sim in the phone and refused to repair the phone with out the original upgrade papers, we tried to explain to them that the owner of the voda shop where we upgraded passed away and the store were closed, but still they refused. We then got a copy from the accounts department but the repair department insisted on the original documentation and just returned the phone. Now we have a torch which no one can use. This is disgracefull seeing that the blackberry company has a extended waranty on their products.
