I purchased a Blackberry about 3 months ago, however I have had software issues twice within a few weeks I had taken the phone to Blackberry buddies the software was reloaded on both occasions but the problem occurred again I then took the phone to Vodacom customer care in Durban central the phone had to go to the advanced repair centre in Johannesburg for repairs roughly 2 weeks after receiving the phone I had the same issue to which I then took the phone to the Vodacom customer care in Gateway Umhlanga, I made quite clear that I do not want the phone and I don't even want a cash refund as the CPA allows for I was happy to settle on a new phone however Vodacom felt differently and decided to send the same phone back to me a few weeks later I am now stuck in the same situation again my phone has a software issue but this time I want a cash refund and Vodacom needs to collect the phone from me when I am available.
