TODAY (27/10/2013) MY HUSBAND WENT TO THE VODACOM 4U SHOP NEAR US IN THE BOARDWALK IN RICHARDS BAY WERE HE WANTED TO DOWNLOAD BBM FOR HIS SAMSUNG PHONE SINCE HE HAD PROBLEMS DOWNLOADING IT FOR HIMSELF. HE WAS ASSISTANTED BY A SALES CONSULTANT TO SORT HIS PHONE OUT.AS SHE WAS TRYING TO SORT HIS PHONE OUT HE SAW HIS BROTHER IN LAW GO PASS THE STORE HE WENT TO THE CALL HIM. AS MY HUSBAND WAS OUT THE STORE AND I WAS SITTING THERE THE STORE MANAGER ASKED THE CONSULTANT WHAT SHE WAS DOING SHE SAID SHE WAS TRYING TO DOWNLOAD BBM HE SAID THERE ARE PAYING CUSTOMER CUSTOMERS WAITING IN THE SHOP

IN FACT HE WAS TRYING TO SAYING BECAUSE I'M NOT A PAYING CUSTOMER DON'T HELP ME BUT WE BOUGHT THE PHONE FROM THAT STORE. SO ITS NICE TO TAKE OUR MONEY BUT WHEN WE NEED HELP THEY CANT HELP ME THEN THEY SAY I MUST CALL THE VODACOM HELP DESK. I DON'T THINK THAT THAT IS FAIR ON US AS CUSTOMERS

IF THE PEOPLE IN THE STORE CANT HELP HOW DO WE EXPECT THE HELP DESK TO HELP

I CANT BELIEVE HIS AUDACITY TO SAY SUCH THINGS WHILE I'M SITTING THERE AS MY HUSBAND BOUGHT THE PHONE FROM THAT STORE
