Good evening, I took a data bundle year and a half back for the amount of R149. When I inquiry about the contract MTN told me that the special was already expired after I signed the contract for the above amount. I had problems after that paying the amount of R150-00. After a few discussion with MTN nothing could be resolved. I cancelled my deduction order after that and changed by banking details. The reason for that is that they took every month money from my account as they wish. I payed now R300 a month and last week my dataline was disabled as they wish. So I pay more than the said amount. I phoned them and the Customer Service told me I have to pay again before MTN will re-activate my line again. I get salary on the 15th of each month and was never behind and never to say the less I pay every month more than I should. I want this resolve asap because this is still a breach of contract. I told MTN that I will take is far as I can to resolve the problem. I also send an e-mail to them and near as possible to the CEO of MTN. It seems they have the power over us as customer and do as they wish.
