ILLEGAL CONDUCT BY VODACOM

Early in the year I sgned a data contract with Vodacom. The contract is for 3 gig of data in the amount of R189 per month. Vodacom has permission to deduct the amount off my cheque bank account. In case I exceed the data volume Vodacom can still take the additional amount as per agreement. Last month I checked my data and I noted that I was not out of bundle which will mean Vodacom will need to take the agreed amount of R189. However the due amount was indicated as R300. I contacted Vodacom and I was informed the extra charge is for a subscription to Cell Spice. I never subscribed my number to this service and I do not know what it is. I told Vadacom that I do not know what service is that as I never subscribed. The response from Vodacom was an apology and an indication that my number has been removed from Cell Spice. I then asked Vodacom to returm the amount deducted off my account. Voadom refuses to do so advising me to call Cell Spice directly. I have pointed out that I never signed any contract with Cell Spice and that they as Voadom know who that service is to have been able to take money for them and that this is illegal. I regard this as illegal and bad.
