STILL NO DATA - CONTRACT BREACH!!!

We opened a contract with MTN mid. November consisting of a certain amount of airtime & data pm. I was told that I would receive a certain amount of data & airtime PRO RATA for the rest of November. THIS did NOT happen. We were charged though. December came and I received my airtime, but stll NO DATA! We contacted MTN. According to them, they had no knowledge about the data included in my contract. They couldn't even FIND my contract and we had to email our copy through to them. After emailing it through, we were promised it would come right. Its the 30 Dec. and I have still not seen one meg of my data. We have lodged SEVERAL complaints on Hello Peter from my fiances account. How is this okay? We pay almost R300 pm, for R100 airtime pm. though the contract promises a data bundle as well. This is contract breach and we plan to take more serious measures if this does not come right very quickly.
