Wrong amount billed and consultant quote incorrect

I am an existing MTN cell contract customer, 1) Since day I got my phone it had repair problems and has been in repair 3 times, which make it very possible that it was a faulty phone to start with, 2) MTN have also failed to debit me with the correct debit order amount each month, I have been requesting refund for the past month and the credit note which Mlangeni Nelisiwe from MTN promised me has not been processed yet, I also queried the amount that will be credited and it is also an incorrect amount which they will credit me back. 3) I had a data package 2G month to month signed at R189 per month, the consultant Zitha Hlayisani from MTN Fairland staff branch told me if I cancel my existing data contract on the 19thJune and retake it out on 20June2013 I would get it at a cheaper price of R149 per month. I did as told, and the charge came to R245p/m on my data package. I queried it with Zitha and he called to follow up, apparently the price was changed which he didn't know and did not make me aware of, I requested the price to be reverted back to original R189 p/m that I was paying. so far little been done on all above. Please Assist as soon as possible.
