Pathetic sevice to a loyal custome

I recently upgraded for my 4th or 5th time with Cell C. In my package for the Blackberry Z10 i am supposed to get 600mb of data a month. I received maybe 100mb. Then when i phoned and queried this i was told that they hadn't fully activated my contract, but will be charged for the service included in my bill. The part they didn't activate was my 500mb which is included on on the contract and not an extra. Then they want to Pro rata my contract, which is understandable, so they only want to give me 250 mb data because its half way through the month and they don't want to give me the full amount. i signed the contract 5 days into the month so i should receive, if you calculate it, 505 mb for the month but they only want me to receive 250mb and still i must pay for the data used because my 100mb ran out already but they messed up giving me less data than my contract stats, hence breach of contract. They want to give give me half the data because now its the 15 March 2013 and THEY MESSED UP MY CONTRACT AGAIN and now i suffer and sit with the bill because of their poor staff!! what has happened to customer loyalty? Not a happy custome
