6 Months later, still no answe

Where to from here? After all my complaints, even here on Hello Peter, still no answer from MTN. Phone was eventually found after numerous shop visits. Fault on their documentation caused delay, and suddenly phone can longer be submitted for warranty assessment. MTN send phone for repair. Another 7 working days gone and no reply, and still no phone.
During the 6 months I don't even think I had the phone in my possession for even 2 months. I have been patient for long enough. No more excuses. No more visiting the shop. I have wasted enough time running after your poor service delivery. MTN can now cancel the contract ending with "5670" backdating it to August 2012 when the problem started and was brought under their attention. Cancel the contract so I can start a new one with a new WORKING phone.
