Absolutely horrified by lack on competence

Well Im hoping this finally gets the attention it deserves. First of all I have been a loyal autopage client since the year 2000 and I can guarantee, NEVER AGAIN.

I upgraded my contract in May last year and requested a 250mb date bundle with it, low and behold the bundle was not loaded and I was charged out of bundle rates for 3 months after hours on the phone and 6 weeks it was eventually rectified.

In december 2012, I requested that my 250mb bundle be updgraded to a 500mb bundle, I got confirmation sms but guess what it was NOT DONE. I have been charged out of bundle rates for the last 2 months for all my usuage over 250 mb, which is on average R500 a month, so I am basically paying R500 for something that shoud be costing me - R70 . I have tried the call centre 4 times since Jan and every time its the same thing NOTHING IS DONE. I eventually got them to load my bundle 2 weeks ago, but I now have partial charges and have not received a cent back in credit.

Autopage you are a telecommunication company for sake act like it, train your people on customer service and give me my hard earned money back

I will never renew my contract with you again
