More days in for repairs than days used used

My Nokia Asha 300 has been at CellC for repairs for more days than it has been in my possession. Problem is I'm paying a monthly fee for a product that I don't have. Why put rubbish onto the market in the 1st place? This has been my 9th Nokia phone but it will also be my last. Followup with CellC - The phone has been with them since last year.

I cannot lay all the blame at the door of CellC - they did not manufacture the rubbish. But when you are in bed with someone you need to share responsibility
