Blackberry Repairs Nightmare!!!

I acquired a Blackberry 9300 on contract in April 2012 from Vodacom. Within the first few months I had problems with the scrolling button, which had stopped working. I took the phone to the Vodacom repair shop in Canal Walk and they sent it away for an assessment, I was contacted a few days later and told they would be replacing my phone with a new one as my phone could not be repaired. It took a few weeks for me to receive my replacement phone. I was happy with this and impressed that Vodacom had replaced the phone with a new one. Approximately three months later, the exact same problem occurred, I once again took it to the same repair center and was told the phone could not be repaired and that it would be replaced AGAIN. And NOW, four months later, my phone has the exact same problem. This leads me to question whether I am actually getting a new phone each time, as it seems to be quite unlikely that the exact same problem would occur on three brand new phones, all within months of each other. Vodacom appears willing to "replace" my phone, but the problem in the fact that I am phone-less and still paying for up to a MONTH each time, for a problem that I didn't even create.
