I have taken a cell phone contract with Nashua Mobile At Pavilion. I have taken the phone on 7 June 2012. So thus far i have the phone for 9 months. The phone has been sent for repair 4 times. On the 3 time they have given me a new phone. But after using it for 2 days it has given me the same problem of software errors and overheating. The phone is current with them now for fixing. I have sent their customer care and Technical team many message which they have not contacted me. Doesn't the phone have to be tested before given back to the customer? It cost me a lot of money running up and down, paying for parking and time wasted.

I know with the CPA I will have to pay for the phone in full but why should I pay for the phone in full to cancel my contract if the phone does not work.

If they fix the phone and give it back to me and then I cancel the contract, what happens if the phone gets damaged again with the same problem. Then im back with the same problem of fixing it with my owe money. So either option I take I lose out.
