Not delivering the phone as per agreement

I renewed contract and ordered the new phone on the 15th of Feb and given the correct delivery details, on the 18th the courier company called to confirm delivery on the 19th (they didn't have the delivery address). After waiting the whole day on the 19th I called again on the 20th about the delivery and informed them I won't be available after one because I had to go away for business (once again they had the wrong address). Only at 14:40 they arrived for delivery, after they confirmed they will be there before 13:00 - I wasn't there to accept obviously. Today 25th I called to find out about delivery and was told I have to call them in Three days time to reorder the phone. Between Vodacom and RAM there is a communications problem and do not keep to the agreed arrangements, causing me as the client to wait and need to make arrangements. After 15 years I think I am going to cancel my contract and move to another service provider that will be able to deliver.
