Cell C - Still no Communication

This is appalling to say the least. It's been a good few weeks - and all Cell C did was pass the buck to Apple. It's not Apple customers have signed up with. This is not an amicable solution. Why advertise if you cannot supply and STILL NOT remove the promotion. This is clear cut Bait Marketing as far as I understand from the Consumer Protection Act, Page 36 Cell C is in direct violation:

Bait Marketing:

30. (1) A supplier must not advertise any particular goods or services as being available at a specified price in a manner that may result in consumers being mislead or deceived in any respect relating to the actual availability of those goods or services from that supplier, at that advertised price.

If a solution is not reached within a reasonable timeframe, i will be taking my business elsewhere and ensure existing contracts are cancelled.
