VODACOM service is shocking

I have taken out a cellphone contract with Altech Autopage on the 28 January 2013. I received my iPhone about 2 weeks ago and I am STILL waiting for VODACOM to release me to become a CELL C client. This is shocking and the service is extremely poor. I have an iPPhone which I can't use!
