Empty promises

I am still having a problem with the delivery of the handset that I was suppose to have received last month on the 29th of May and the empty promises after I wrote a report to you they phoned to say they are apologizing as they have given Ram courier serves a wrong number to contact me on because I told them that I wanted the delivery home because I am not at work but they kept on phoning my office number for delivery. Well after all that I was told the phone has been sent back by Ram courier to head office vodacom in Johannesburg and I asked vodacom to rectify this problem and they said they have resent it to Ram for delivery. the delivery was suppose to take place on the 19th of June and it never did when I phoned vodacom they said on the 20th which is today when I make a follow up they say Ram courier says the parcel is in their warehouse and will not be delivered today but some time next week

I have had enough of this bad service from vodacom and Rams I want to cancel the contract and the upgrade will just look for another company to service me
