Hello,

Im not one to complain often, but there is one thing that's not acceptable in customer services, . Firstly, RTT called to confirm my address for delivery, and then delivered to the wrong address nonetheless. Secondly, I was told that they would make an after hours delivery, between 7pm and 8pm. Working people don't have all night to sit up and wait for delivery men. If you are going to set an expectation with your client, please deliver on that.

Please sort me out, or tell MTN to keep their package until they can find a courier that delivers.
