Worst courier services

UPS arrived at the delivery address on friday the 11th. There was no one home as we didnt know they were delivering. there was no informing us that they will be delivering. Then on monday we found a note in the post that they were there for the 2nd time. So we made sure there was someone at home on the 3rd day - The tuesday. I tracked the parcel later that afternoon seeing as there was no delivery and according to the website the 3rd attempt was made but noone was home. I called their call centre explaining to them the problem. They assured me that the delivery guy will be at the delivery address the next day between 2 and 4. 12: 40 i got a call from their call centre saying that the delivery guy is leaving there is no one home. I called them and asked what now? they said theyll deliver the next day. At 15:00 i called them asking them where the delivery truck was and they said they would find out and get back to me after half an hour i called them AGAIN asking after the "get back to me". They said that they arnt allowed to call the delivery guy i have to wait for him to reply to their message.. 17:30 their offices are closed and no sign of the delivery guy and update back from CC
