Late delivery, no correspondance, bad service

Jan 29th I received a call after a complaint on the same day. I spoke with Ruth, who worked well to resolve the issue. She mentioned someone would call before delivery to confirm the delivery address of the phone.

On Wed 30th I received a text saying the phone was on route to delivery. I called immediately to change the address - no call from Cell C to confirm delivery.By Friday, 1 Feb, I still had not received the phone. I called Cell C and got the number of the courier service (RAM). RAM's attitude towards customer service is disgusting - long waits, dropped calls. They had me call the driver, who informed me he had the package but it was not an area he delivered to. I again called Cell C and had to change the address. They said RAM would call me to see if they could deliver on the Friday. No call back.

On Monday, 4th Feb, I again Cell C again. RAM still was trying to deliver to the wrong address. I called again today to find out RAM is still trying to deliver to the wrong address. Unbelievable!

I am literally fuming! I have spent weeks, countless hours on this! I've now asked them to cancel everything - sick of poor service from Cell C. Use a better courier service too.
