Poor Service begets more poor service upon more

I placed an order online with Vodacom for an Upgrade. Besides the fact that I had to try at least five time to successfully place the order on line, the order was eventually placed on the 18th with a promise of delivery on the 19th. I provided two numbers for the courier to contact me. On the 19th i was told by the security at my complex that a courier had attempted to make a delivery and that they would return the next day. I had not received any phone calls to confirm or arrange this from the Courier (RAM). No messages were left on my message service to let me know that they had either tried to contact me or wanted to make a delivery. I took off work the next day again to wait for the delivery or the phone call. None was forthcoming. I took off work for a third day to wait for the delivery but by the afternoon when none contacted me i contacted Vodacom. I spent 30 to 40 mins on the phone with the consultant only to be promised a supervisor would call. They never did. I called again the next day and again spent 40 mins on a call only to be promised that the supervisor would call me. That never happened. Today I call again and the same thing. Seven days of and Humbug. unaccepta
