DONT EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

I have had a bad experience with this company and against my better judgement I was lured into dealing with them again, with a R19 per month offer for web hosting. However, I soon realised that I was mislead (I submitted tickets on their online support system) and immediately cancelled the deal. I know that the consumer protection act (CPA) allows for this. Despite this they deducted an amount of R1556 from my current acount moving my account into overdraft and also making me liable for bank charges. They acknowledged their mistake by refunding this amount. But they continued demanding this amount and suspendedmy services today for non [URL Removed] on South African public, do you want to deal with a palooka company like this? The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. How can they admit to their mistake and refund my money and yet still supend my service? I have since joined Afri Host and so far am absolutely satisfied. I want to move my existing domain over from Web africa to Afrihost. Please release my account from suspension as I DONT owe you any money YOU owe me, my bank fees at R137 and R199 .Please pay this as I am going to refer this to the consumer council
