Keep debiting money that I dont owe

I have been arguing with planet fitness about my account since November 2012. They keep debiting money that I dont owe and they dont debit on the 1st of every month as agreed, but on random dates like the 12th. Every 2 months they say I owe R800 or more which is impossible since my account gets paid every month as I have proved to them with my bank statements.

They debit this amount anyway, my account was debited 2 times in January for the same payment. Last week they paid R100 INTO MY acount and 2 days later stated I owe R830. I simply cannot understand where they are getting their numbers from.
I asked to cancel my contract and they refused, saying I then need to pay a R2700 cancellation fee, which is against the laws as laid out by consumer protection act. I wil now have to lodge an official complaint with the consumer council.

This is just a brief overview of how badly I have been treated by this company, there is alot more to it. I have been to the club to sort it out, i have emailed, phoned... every possible way but still no explanations.

They are utterly incompetent as i have explained to the branch manager, but was also ignored.
