Cell C
Phone sent in again and still not working

I am tired now cell C phoned me and said to me after the 3 time plse give us a change to fix the phone,
Guess what the phone came back and are still not working! Cell C has got the worse cutomer care. They made promises and don't keep to it, the staff at gallaria got a attitute and they don't have any people skills what so ever! I am very disappointent will never refer anyone to them.

I am tired of fighting now I don't even want to take my phone back again as they will just book it in afain. Since I had the phone I probably only had it for 2 weeks and the rest oF the time it was booked in. I have had enough, will not let them book the phone in again and when I wanted to cancel my contract they refuse to give me the papers to do so. SO know I am asking your help...
