Unable to move site directly to Afrihost

After MULTIPLE calls I still don't have joy. They should seriously listen to their own mission statement. I have a domain currently hosted with a 3rd party hosting provider who has a server with Afrihost. Their server was suspended because of spam.

I was trying to move my domain from that suspended server to host directly with Afrihost, but this seemed to much of a problem for them constantly saying that according to co.za my domain is suspended. I did contact co.za who confirmed that my domain is active and not suspended.

I've subsequently given up on Afrihost and created a new hosting account with MWEB. Let's hope their service delivery is better.

If Afrihost does read this, will you at least give my previous hosting company temporary access to at least download my site from their server and then suspend them again or do I now need to create a new site because of your incompetence?
