Refund on Marine Safari

In September 2012 I purchased a Marine Safari from [URL Removed] When I tried making my booking with the company organising the boat safari in Oct 2012, they informed me that there had been a mistake and that Groupon owed me a refund on my purchase. After contacting Groupon they assured me that I was not only entitled to a refund but that they would process one after I sent them my bank statements to ensure them that the Safari had been payed for. I did, they acknowledged the payment, and tried(?) refunding my money. But since I have a foreign account, the money could not be returned into my bank account. I sent them proof that the money never reached me (in Nov 2012), and they asked for South African bank details to process an EFT. I sent them all the details they required (in Dec of 2012) but I am still waiting for my refund of more than R1000! After several phone calls and e-mails to them, they keep telling me to send my bank statements again. They have all the details they need, and they have already acknowledged that I am entitled to a refund, so WHERE IS MY MONEY? This is not only a breach of their own policy, but also a violation of the Consumer Protection Act of 1998.
