Bad Accounting and Billing

Serve-Hosting or Serve has the worst Accounting and Billing I have ever seen. Some months you dont receive any invoice at all but you get payment reminders. No invoice, no payment.

There had been a credit on my account of R29.98 and R25.02 due on my account. I paid the R25. And I paid another R29.98. I never received any further invoice. Then I start getting payment reminders. I asked for a summary of my account according to which I had been paid up to date. Then I get a suspension notice. I made another R29.98 payment.

They claim not to have access to their bank accounts. What type of company dont have access to their bank accounts?

I've never come across a more incompetent billing and accounts department in my life.

I've decided to move my domains to another hosting company for the simple reason that the other hosting company offer unlimited hosting packages. Now Serve dont want to release the domains and they informed the other company that I own them money. I'm seriously considering taking Serve to court. I've asked my legal adviser to look into the matter.
