On the 15th of Feb my phone line was suspended. I tried to call 808 from my phone but the line just kept on dropping (I've always had this issue) so I had to use somebody else's phone to dial customer care.

The consultant advised me that the line has been suspended due to me reaching my credit limit on the line.
I reached my credit limit due to data charges that I have incurred (over R1100 of data charges).

I told the consultant that I have a BB and I have never paid for any data and I have not changed my usage habits on the phone. He was unable to give me a proper explanation of why all of a sudden I am being charged without notification.

I requested the URL reports for the month and the previous month to prove that my habits are the same, as the consultant advised me that it would show charges and or data amount.

Today I received the report but it does not show total data usage per site or the charges so these reports are useless (I pay R20 per report btw).

I want to know why I am being charged all of a sudden and if some or other policy has changed, why are the customers not being notified?!? I received no email or sms of any changes.

This is utterly ridiculous.
