Internet charges even with full BIS

I am very disappointed with both Nashua and MTN. I upgraded in December 2012 to a Blackberry Bold 9900 after having a Blackberry Curve 9300 for two years not giving any problems. Then in January 2013 suddenly /- R 1000 was taken off my airtime balance. I immediately went to Nashua in Randfontein to report this matter. They then told me I am using websites that are not covered by BIS, even though I used the same websites on my old blackberry never paying a cent. The consultant who is very helpful and friendly then tried to fins out from MTN what is was tat was taking the money on which they told him it was websites not supported by BIS even though a friend uses the same websites Then this has been carrying on till date and still no solution and every time I download on my Blackberry it takes money off my airtime. So I put my SIM card back in my old phone and tried downloading and NO CHARGES were made additional to my airtime. I put my sisters SIM card in my new phone and tried downloading and NO CHARGES to her airtime. Then I put back my SIM card in the new phone and then R80 disappeared from my airtime. How much more airtime before they resolve this!
