Bad Service 55 days No Handset

Still no Responds on this i I would like to Add a complain for the person responsible Service not rendered And bad dont care service
I called for And upgrade on the 11 December 2012 And advised the Agent that the hand set need to be delivered before the 24TH of December i made multiple calls for the handset but they could not meet the deadline
I than made a call back to advise the agent to cancel the upgrade on the 24th because they did not meet my requirements till today 55 days outstanding
I made 4 calls back to the Call center for the agent to cancel the Upgrade till today but im not getting any responds from agents to the team leaders. On my new bill im been charged for this Handset paying for A contract that's not in my possession
I need u to please reverse my contract back to the normal Package and reverse all charges thanks
This will be the last im doing business with MTN
