Got the 'Get fast uncapped internet for 3 month free' special in Jan 2012.The special is for a 1Mbps line. Telkom then installed a 2Mbps line which I NEVER requested. In May 2012 after the special ended, I requested to continue with the 1Mbps line, but not the internet. In January 2013 I thought Telkom had another special because I saw that the 1Mbps line was R165 per month and I was paying R299 pm. Upon enquiring I was made aware that Telkom had installed and was charging me for a 2 Mbps line. The only thing on my account that shows that I am on a 2 Mbps line is an 'er' after fast on my account. It canNOT be reasonably assumed that from this I was supposed to know that Telkom had installed a 2 Mbps line that I NEVER ASKED FOR.You cannot charge me an additional R135 for 9 months for something I never asked for. The special was for a 1 Mbps line NOT for a 2 Mbps line, I cannot be charged for the fact that Telkom decided to install a 2 Mbps line instead of a 1 Mbps which was indicated on the special, it is so unethical

Telkom has incorrectly taken from me R 1205.99. The dispute got rejected without anyone contacting me. Trying to log the dispute again just got the phone put down in my ea
