Throttling my line

I have the 2 Mbps Premium Uncapped ADSL product from MWEB. I am aware of the throttling tendencies of late, which is why I placed speed limiters on my line to only run at HALF SPEED (1024 Mbps / 128 KBps).
So, as a 2Mbps line user, I would generate the equivalent usage of a 1 Mbps line being run at maximum speed non-stop. I see this as acceptable usage, as I am paying for a 2Mbps line, but effectively only using a 1Mbps line.
Yet, dearest MWEB decided that it is not enough that I pay R600 for a 2Mbps line running at 1Mbps usage, and also that they don't want or need my business, and proceeded to throttle my line down to - 35 KBps (280 kbps or 0.28 Mbps), which is roughly a 10th of what I am paying for.
At their discretion, they decided that I am not playing fair. I pay for 2Mbps UNCAPPED. I was being considerate by not generating a heavy load (compared to what I pay for). Yet, I am being targeted anyway.
So, dearest MWEB. I shall do as you wish and cancel my subscription with you, and migrate to an ISP that wants my money.
