Failure to provide service and investigate fault

I recently upgraded my 2 Mbps uncapped account to a 4 Mbps uncapped account only to find my line line speed remains 2 Mbps after the upgrade. When I contact 10210 Telkom Technical support they say the service is upto 4 Mbps and depends on number of factors, so I than ask them if 4 Mbps can be offered on my line. They told me they would investigate. Fault number 503CNK170413. After 5 days no response (I had received 1 call and told the guy to call back later as I was in a meeting and he never did).

I now have my line speed reduced to 1 Mbps with disconnections from the network. I contact Telkom faults who than escalates the query without answering my question. escalation number 511657. If this matter is not resolved I will cancel and my Telkom account. No point in paying for something that doesn't work.
