On 08/02/2013 I phoned to terminate my contract, the lady then told me that she is unable to do so however that another depratment will contact me to conclude my matter. Today is the 21/02/2013, so I phoned in yet again to find out how far the process is. I was told that it is lying with the retention department, then the agent asked to if he could put me on hold while he confirms how far the process is, after almost 5 minutes of hold he came back to me and said that he still does not have an answer, but will defnitely phone back today still... i will continue to wait patiently.

My concern is that I will again be billed when I clearly stated with more than enough time to cancel my contract. This is now the third matter that I have logged with 8ta of which two are still not resolved and there is also no communication from their side at all. I have to phone, email or go to a branch everytime in order to still not get the desired result or response.

The service is what lead to my decision to cancel my contract which also seems to be a mission now.
