Telkom haven't resolve my faulty line!

When I ordered my service pack I specifically asked Telkom what I am paying for, they told me a 2Mbps uncapped line. I explained to them that I work from home and need this speed as it is important for my work.
The line dropped every day. Finally they came and changed the port in the Telkom box outside. It carried on being slow. I told them. They called me back the next day to tell me that "my problem has been resolved" It wasn't, because as I found out I was on a 1Mbps line when in the beginning they had told me it was a 2mbps line. "We are still busy upgrading it, it will be upgraded in January". Why didn't they tell me that in the first place? Why did YOU SELL ME A 1Mbps line and say it is 2mbps? on the 27nth of November the line went back down to around 0.3Mbps. They said that now all of a sudden the line had actually been upgraded to 2Mbps (changing their story again) SO WHY IF IT HAS BEEN UPGRADED, IS IT SLOWER THAN IT EVER WAS BEFORE? It is the 30th now, and the problem is unresolved. Yesterday the line dropped to 0.06 Mbps! I called them again, to have them tell me that they DON'T KNOW when the technician will come! I am loosing money for my job because of this!!!
