Oh Boy If someone can just fix my phone

Vodacom,

I will be sending in my IPhone 5 for the third time for repairs. Every time the phone was reflashed and nothing else was done. It was also stated that the reception on the device was correct.

There is something wrong with the radio on this device. It goes into a "NO Service" mode and the only way to get reception again is to reboot the phone. The last statement from the repair centre is that I should not allow the device to do the settings upgrade to LTE!!! Why would you offer it if it does this to the device? a Lot of times is says that I have reception but can not make a call. Again the only thing fixing it is rebooting.

The list of problems goes on:
Even in excellent reception, the device drops calls after 5 minuets or so. I have tried to use the wifi modem from my PC but ends up using my MTN data card. At least with that i get more than a couple of bytes per second.

It feels to me like I am just being tired out by Vodacom since I have to reload all my contact, email accounts applications every time I send the phone in.

I have been complaining about this since the second day of having this device. I hope I am the only one...
