Charging for data service cannot use

Went into Vodacom Shop in hyde park, after a phone call to the Vodacom data centre, re router/reception issues. whilst there it was suggested that I upgrade my current data package. Collins who helped me, was very helpful at the time. When some time later, I looked at my profile on-line I realised something was wrong so back I went. realised that Collins had cancelled the wrong data package (steph-daughter away at varsity - not good move), upgraded a data package that actually didn't exist anymore (didn't have the card nor the device anymore) and gave me a new card for the router that I had but didn't register it. Big gemors. So, when we figured it all out, I said don't worry about the cancelled card cause that had been sorted in the meantime but take the package that had been upgraded (no card and no device) and xfer that package to my phone so that I can use it on that) and fix the 3rd entry so that it reflects the correct sim card for the device. WELL I AM STILL WAITING. I AM PAYING FOR DATA ON MY PHONE AT A RIDICULOUS PRICE WHILST I AM SITTING WITH A DATA PACKAGE THAT I CANNOT USE BECAUSE A VODACOM 'EMPLOYEE' MADE A MISTAKE - NO-ONE RESPONDS DESPITE WEEKLY PHONE CALLS!!
