RESUBMITTED - no response

I upgraded to the Blackberry Q10 during June 2013 and from the word go experienced persistent and severe reception issues resulting in me not being able to make or receive calls for extended periods of time.

The device was taken back to your Menlyn store and was replaced with a brand new device. Unfortunately this device gave the exact same problem. Note that the reception issues are not limited to a particular location as the problem was noted in Pretoria, OR Tambo International Airport, Sunninghill, and other areas.

After consulting with your technical people extensively, settings were tweaked (switching off 4G amongst others), I answered a long list of questions and tried many things - but this did not resolve the issue. Nothing helped. I took the device back again and a 'software update' was done - no difference. I cannot go through this process again.

Ever since, I have reverted back to my previous device which is an iPhone 4 as I cannot afford to be unreachable in my work or personal life and, although data is a significant part of my mobile spend, the core function of a phone is still to make and receive calls.

Please cancel my contract.
