Can't buy data bundles

I have been trying to buy data bundles using my airtime for the past 4 days but all in vain. I get the "Error at WASP.E150" message every time. I have tried to get help from Cell C's twitter accounts (@CellC and @cellc_support) but no one responded. Please advise.
