RIP OFF!!!

GOOD AFTERNOON

due to my phone being damaged i have sent my phone in with no damagers and
my phone had hardware problems as i was told by vodacom employee bercause
my fone has been in twice for a soft ware upgrade as it was still rebooting
switching off differant colours on screen losing network this problem was
on going from the first month i had the divice as it shows on yourls
records.

this problem did not occur on its own i was informed that it could have
been one of the bad batch phones given to me.

i dont see how my device spent so much time at vodacom for me to pay to
replace my device where if i had damage the device i with have beed
informed of it at the repair store where it is a vodacom world branch. i
will not except paying R 3 418.00 for a new device that i did not damage
that has factory fault as the history of the device.

i am really desapointed that i had to have this problem with it being a
iphone5 and to take resposerbility for the this problem which is a factory
fault and never damaged by me.

please advise me on the way forward cause it is not my fault at all!!
