Blacberry is horrible

I bought my blackberry bold9900 20 days agO frm mtn jacaranda. The phone has nver fel Or got any damage. I wa typing last nigt when my trackpad jus stoppd working. I am very dissapointed at blacberry and mtn for selling gOods that do not work properly. I did not expect this frm a top phone. This is making me regret that I ever bought a blacberry. I hope blacberry/mtn wll replace my phone becase tis is not my fault
