I used the cell C application to load my montly BIS of R57.00 and certain selected the correct option. I called in and request if the they can change it to the correct plan I intially wanted. Simply just get a response they can't and my fault and should buy more airtime again. The consultant and the manage no help and no client service which is really dispointing as I recomend cell C to everyone. This service has really put me off and disapointed they are unable to go the extra mile and give the client the benefit.
